Melanie Young

With over 20 years of practice, yoga has given Melanie not only a sense of mindfulness to her mental and physical health, but it has also helped her in her journey toward self- awareness. She finished two consecutive 200 hour teacher trainings — one in Hatha Yoga and the other in Anusara TM Yoga. She currently teaches at Stein Eriksen Lodge as well as THE SHOP. Having taught 3500+ hours, Melanie’s focus now rests on helping others open an extraordinary loop of therapeutic benefits enhanced for the anatomy of the human body. Yoga can help provide a multitude of stress healing properties. Learn how to relax and restore the body to a place of peace, comfort and calm.

had the opportunity to get Melanie's expertise while I was at a yoga retreat here in Park City. Her ability to pinpoint my troubled areas within a minute said she knows what she is doing. Melanie was able to clear up my blockage in my shoulders which were almost at a point of no return. I now have full mobility in both shoulders and my posture has improved substantially. It was such an amazing experience to have mobility back in my shoulders for the first time in 10+ years.
