About me.

Originally from Atlanta Georgia, I moved to Park City to follow my passion of snow skiing. Finding out the hard way that ski injuries are not only common (ouch!) but incredibly difficult to overcome. After several knee surgeries, I turned to yoga to reclaim my range of motion and reduce swelling and stiffness in my muscles and joints.

Five days a week you can find me at Stein Erikson's lodge in the Wellness Center or at The Shop on Woodside Avenue. I also take private appointments in my home studio or I can come to you.

Injury Rehabilitation Yoga

A combination of massage and bodywork that releases soft tissues, muscles, tendons and ligaments. It improves your range of motion, reduces pain and eliminates discomfort.

Restorative Yoga

Active type of relaxation using bolsters, blocks and straps to create balance in the body. It can lower your blood pressure, reduce stress and anxiety, and soothes the nervous system.

Individual Sessions

Personalized 60-90 minute one-on-one sessions that target your specific injuries or needs.

Group Classes

Groups of at least 5 to 50 guests that range from bachelorette parties, business groups, wellness retreats, etc.
